1.1 INTRODUCTION

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM       

Bank of agricultural (BOA) has run into problem. Agricultural cooperative society are not doing well as expected despite the great  important attached to it. The issues to be looked into are as follows.

A cooperative member does not have the abilities to help themselves in achieving the self-goals and objective from the formation.

Members are not regularly informed about the importance attached to the finance.

Financial resources contributed by members are not well managed.

1.3   OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

To know why the agricultural cooperative society member does not have ability to help themselves in achieving the self-goal and objectives form the formation.

To identify the problem faced by the bank of agricultural in the development of agricultural society.

1.2   SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This study will focus on the bank of agricultural in the development of agricultural cooperative. This will cover the role played by the bank of agricultural and the rural develop effective such financial facilities   and how to be agriculture cooperative society. This will also highlight some of the issues and problem faced by the bank of  agriculture.

1.6   SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY

Cooperative Society:This is a society that brings people together in other to achievetheir economic and social goal.
