So how can I get admission into any of the following courses? What are their admission requirements for both Jambite and direct entry applicants? Do UNILAG takes direct entry for medicine and surgery? and what are the requirement if yes.
1) UTME:
Five O\Level credit in Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry & Physics

Jamb Course Combination:
English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
2) DIRECT ENTRY:Â All the direct entry applicants must also meet up with the O level requirements and also fulfilled the following:
Direct Entry Into Medicine And Surgery: Admission Requirements
I. Very good passes in the following JUPEB subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
II. Two ’ A ‘ level passes include Chemistry, Biology and Physics
III. B.Sc. Degree First Class/Second Class Upper in medically related fields.
Direct Entry Into Medical Laboratory Science: Admission Requirements
I. Very good passes in the following JUPEB subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
II. Two ‘A’ level passes include Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Zoology
III. B.Sc. Degree First Class/Second Class Upper in medically related fields
UNILAG Direct Entry Into Physiotheraphy:Â Admission Requirements
I. Very good passes in the following JUPEB subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology
UNILAG Direct Entry Into Nursing:Â Admission Requirements
I. Very good passes in the following JUPEB subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
II. Two ‘A’ level passes from Biology Chemistry and Physics. NRN or its approved equivalent.
UNILAG Direct Entry Into Radiography:Â Admission Requirements
I. Very good passes in the following JUPEB subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
II. Two ‘A’ Level passes chosen from Physics, Chemistry and Biology
UNILAG Direct Entry Into Industrial Relation:Â Admission Requirements
How To Apply For Any Of  The Courses Into UNILAG Through Direct Entry
Direct entry form is obtainable in jamb office and any other designated banks accross Nigeria. Obtain the scratch card, complete it on the internet, choose UNILAG, select any of the six departments, and submit it online. Then take a copy of the prints, with photocopies of all your credentials to Jamb office for submission.
