ABU Zaria Direct Entry Admission Requirements In Administration And How To Apply

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, offers so many undergraduate programs in faculty of administration. Several applicants would want to know what are the admission requirements into various courses in ABU Zaria through direct entry and what the process of admission are. I will discuss the ABU’s direct entry admission requirements for Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, and Local Government Studies. Tell you what it takes to enter into any of the above departments with ease.

All prospective applicants into the departments of accounting must possess O level standard which is:

Five ‘0’ level credit passes including English Language, Economics, Mathematics and any other two (2)Management/Social Science. In addition to this, such candidate must have any of the following:

1) Two ‘A’ level / IJMB passes in Management/Social Science subjects one of which must be Economics.

2) A credit/Merit Pass in ABU Diploma in Accounting, Banking or Insurance.

Any applicant into this department must meet up with the O level requirements such as:

Five ‘0’ level credit passes including English Language, Economics, Mathematics and any other two (2) Management/Social Science subjects. In addition to this, such candidate must have any of the following:

1) Two ‘A’ level / IJMB passes in Management/Social Science subjects one

of which must be Economics.

2) A credit/Merit Pass in ABU Diploma in Accounting, Banking or Insurance.

2)A Merit Pass in ABU Diploma in Public

After meeting up with the O level requirements for this departments, which is: Five ‘0’ level credit passes including English Language, Government or History, Economics and any other two subjects. In addition to this, such candidate must have any of the following:

1)Two ‘A’ level / IJMB passes One of which must include Government or History.

2)A Merit Pass in ABU Diploma in Local Government or Public Administration.

It is as simple as going to jamb office or any designated bank near you to obtain DE scratch card, complete it only and choose ABu with the department of your choice.

Thereafter, you wait for the pre-admission screening exercise which would be announced on the school website at the right time.
