What Is The OOU UTME Cut Off Marks?

The simple answer to this is that, for 2019/2020 academic session the cut off mark is 180.

A.   ELIGIBILITY/ CRITERIA                                                            

The following shall be eligible for the screening:

A1 – UTME Candidates

1. UTME candidates that picked the University with a minimum score of 180 in the 2019/2020 UTME Results.

2. Candidates who did not pick the University but with a minimum score of 180 in the 2019/2020 UTME results.

A2 – Direct Entry Candidates

1. Candidates with ‘A’ Level/ OND/HND/NCE/A’LEVEL/JUPEB Results/Certificate or First Degree who had applied for Direct Entry Admission through JAMB into the University.

2. Candidates who possess Diploma certificate of the University and who had applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into the University.

3. Candidates with Diploma from other approved institutions with minimum of Upper Credit who had applied through JAMB for Direct Entry admission into the University. 

What Is The Nature Of OOU Post UTME Questions?

Its very nice to know what’s the nature of the exam you are going to write. You must know how many questions, the time allowed, materials allowed into the hall, the marking scheme and other related questions to the content of the exam.

Let me tell you, OOU post UTME is always a CBT… meaning computer base test. Its always the subject combination of your Jamb. That is the courses you wrote in Jamb. So if you wrote Mathematics, English, Physics and Biology in Jamb, then those are the courses you should expect in OOU Post UTME also.

The numbers of questions in OOU Post UTME is usually 50 questions and you are expected to answer them in 35minute. So mind you, you actually have a very short period of time write your exam,Calculators and phones are not allowed. So don’t bother yourself go along with any.

The school will provide you with plain sheet of paper with which you sold questions.
