As a matter of fact, I have gotten several calls from students who scored less than 50% in the ongoing University of Ilorin Admission screening demanding for their possibility of gaining admission.

This is what I keep telling them,

Setting admission cut off mark is the responsibility of the university management and they often does that after the completion of the whole exam. Based on performance of students, they may wish to admit students with  40%-49% score for some departments.

Though, to the best of my Knowledge, only happened once and it was based on students poor performance.

So let wait till we hear from the management.
