Maslow found that people tends to satisfy their needs in a particular order. Maslow theory is based on two assumptions.

i.That people have a number of need that require some measure of satisfaction and  only unsatisfied the need of motivation behavior and

ii.The need of people are arrange in hierarchy of prepotency which means that as each low-level need is satisfaction the need, at the next level demand attention basically human being are motivated to satisfy psychology need first(food, clothing, shelter) then they seek to realize their potential which maslow called self actualization.

THEORIES OF MOTIVATION

The carrot and stick approach: this theory related the use of reward and penalties (punishment) in order to induce the desired  behavior despite all recent research and theories, reward and punishment are still important and referred strong motivation

It takes only a moment given times, individual motivates may be quite complex and conflicting. A person may be economic good and service and even this desire may be complex and conflicting.

This shows that nom matter the effort this research work may put into the statement of the study schedule. Some imperfection is likely to surface.

This is true because every research work project has some extraneous circumstance that can create imperfection like the one stated above of the ability of the management to know that individual( employee) needs are, and these imperfection obtained at the organization used as case study (unilever plc Lagos), some of the staff were constantly remained of the need to fill and return their questionnaire in time to get some management I staff to supply answer to the oral questions was not  so easy as they were often on official assignment, the problem of cognate textbook to research study, because of the nature of our school library and economy.

Nevertheless, after so many visit to the organization and  library, some information relevant to the study was acquireed.

Lastly, there was the problem of finance. The financial commitment and deposition for the research to visit it all other similar companies. Also  the time available is not sufficient enough to go  about the research work.
