2017 Futo Direct Entry Form And Admission Requirements

An applicant asked me this, ''Does FUTO accepts direct entry" and I responded YES. He later asked me further questions which I answered and I would love to share them here. Does FUTO Accepts Direct Entry?
The answer is YES... FUTO accepts direct entry into all of its courses. Click here to see FUTO Direct Entry Courses. This will guide you on which course to choose as a direct entry.
FUTO Direct Entry Admission Requirements
  • All FUTO Direct entry candidates must possess at less, 5 O’Level credits or its equivalent in SSCE, GCE O’Level, which must also include English Language in not more than two sittings.
  • All Direct entry (DE) applicants must possess either of OND, HND or NCE in their relevant programme to be undertaken in Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO.

    FUTO Direct Entry Cut Off Mark
    :: An Acceptable score is prescribed for admission at the direct entry screening exercise, so try as much as possible to pass in the screening exercise. The Final selection is a combination of candidate’s certificates and the direct entry screening result. Therefore, the cut off mark would not be announced.
Is FUTO Direct Entry Form Out On Sale?
Yes...FUTO direct entry form is out and it is obtainable in all JAMB office, designated banks and some Jamb outlet for N5500 only. 

Obtain the form and complete it online, then submit your printed copy with all your credentials to the nearest Jamb office. Then wait for the screening exercise, therafter, you wait for FUTO Direct entry list to be out.

  2. I learnt that jamb reg number is among the requirements in order to apply for direct entry,as an evening program student,do I have a chance. pls clear me.
